White chocolate (candy coating) is melted and spread into rounds, then topped with pieces of cranberry, apricots and walnuts.
Chop dried apricots and walnuts. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted. (Melting times may vary by microwave.)
Cover baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Place one spoonful of chocolate on paper and spread into a disc shape using the back of the spoon.
Dot the top of the chocoate with pieces of cranberry, apricot, and walnut. Let air dry.
Notes:
You can use any kind of dried fruits and nuts that you like. Bright and contrasting colors look the most beautiful.
