White Hot Chocolate

This rich warming drink is perfect for the holidays. Add a peppermint candy cane to make it even more festive.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate pieces
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 2 cups water
  • Whipped cream, if desired
  • Grated chocolate, optional

Method

Heat sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate pieces over medium heat. Stir in vanilla, cream and water while stirring constantly. Heat through. Pour into individual cups. Serve with whipped cream and grated chocolate on top, if desired.
