White Chocolate Surprise

These easy candies are made by melting white chocolate and stirring in dried fruit and cashews. Perfect for the holidays.
 

Ingredients

  • 1-12 oz package white chocolate pieces
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup salted cashew pieces
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins

Method

Microwave the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on 100% power (high) for 1 minute; stir until smooth. (Continue to microwave at 10 second intervals if chocolate is not melted.) Add fruit and nuts and stir until mixed well. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool and enjoy!
