A delicious and easy to make cheesecake with a light vanilla wafer crust.
Mix all ingredients. Grease very large spring form or 2 medium pans. Sprinkle vanilla wafers into greased pan or pans. Throw or shake excess crumbs out of pans. Heat oven to 425 degrees, and then turn to 350 when placing cake into oven. Bake 45 minutes then turn oven off. Let sit in over for 8 hours or overnight. Refrigerate after sitting in oven.
