
Holiday cookies shaped like snowballs filled with pecans and dusted with powdered sugar.
Cream Butter, Vanilla and Sugar until fluffy. Sift together and add Flour and Salt. Mix well. Mix in Nuts. Shape into 1 inch balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake and cool before rolling in Powdered Sugar. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
Notes:
I don't suggest you double this recipe - mix may be too dry.
