Microwave Fudge

This easy fudge combines everything in one bowl. You can use ingredients right off the shelf-powdered sugar, cocoa powder, nuts, milk, butter, and vanilla.

Ingredients:

  • 8 Cups powdered sugar
  • 1 Cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 T vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Method

Mix powdered sugar and cocoa powder in a large glass bowl. Pour milk on top without mixing. Cut the butter up into small pieces and place on top of the sugar mixture. DO NOT MIX. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high power for 4 to 6 minutes or until butter is melted. Remove the mixture when the butter has melted and add vanilla and nuts. Mix together and pour into a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Place pan in the fridge until fudge is firm.

Notes: You can halve the recipe and place in an 8X8-inch baking pan.
