
This stuffing contains Italian sausage, bell peppers, onions, apples, pears, walnuts, cranberries, and cubed Italian bread.
Cook the Italian sausage until golden brown in 3 tbsp of Olive oil. Then you add the peppers, the onions, the garlic, the pears and the apples. You cook all the ingredients in the Chicken stock. After that all comes to a boil, you add the cubes of bread, the egg, walnuts and cranberries. Fluff all of the ingredients. After you see that the stuffing looks fluffy, you remove from the pan and you transfer into a glass baking dish or casserole. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven about 25 minutes. You remove it and then you serve it.
Notes:
If the stuffing feels stiff and somewhat dry, please add extra chicken stock to moisten before you put in the oven.
