Hot chocolate

A rich and chocolatey way to warm up after sledding or shoveling the drive.
Ingredients
- 6 oz. Semisweet Chocolate Bits
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- Pinch cinnamon
- Whipped cream (flavored w/vanilla)

Method
Melt chocolate bits in double boiler over hot water & stir in cream. Heat just to boiling, stirring constantly. Add cinnamon & top w/ whipped cream.
