Helen Marie's Peanut Butter Fudge

This quick and simple old family recipe is sure to make better tasting peanut butter fudge than large candy companies.

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk

Method
Add milk and sugar to a saucepan and bring to a quick boil, reduce heat to medium so mixture churns in pan, but does not boil over. Cook until a droplet of mixture balls up when dropped in cool water, about 10 minutes. Turn off heat, add peanut butter, and begin stirring until mixture begins to thicken and cool. When thickened, pour mix onto a buttered plate and let cool completely.
