Snowballs! It is similar to a Wedding Cookie, but has white chocolate chips in it. They are divine! It is Nestle recipe and when it was first published they had introduced the striped vanilla baking chips. The chips were striped red & white and green & white and looked fabulous in the cookies. They were so festive, but were only out for about 2 years as an independent product. They still make the chips, but only use them in their prepared products which is really sad. They published several recipes that year which all used the striped chips.

Snickerdoodles! And you can add colored sugar to the sugar/cinnamon mix that you roll each one in, to make them even more festive!
