
Red or green seedless grapes are dipped in melted bittersweet (or semisweet) chocolate to coat, then rolled in colored sprinkles.
Melt chocolate in double broiler. Insert wooden toothpick in grape, coat each grape with chocolate and let excess drip off. Roll each grape in colored sprinkles, place on waxed paper-covered cookie sheet. Repeat for each grape and then cool in refrigerator.
Notes:
You can vary the coating by using chopped toasted coconut or chopped toasted nuts.
