
This easy chocolate fudge uses sugar substitute, marshmallow creme, and peanut butter for a rich and creamy texture. Use granulated sugar if you like.
In a 3-quart saucepan place the sweetened condensed milk; add sugar substitute. Stir on medium heat. Add butter and heat until melted. Add corn syrup. Add peanut butter, stirring until melted. Add chocolate and melt.
Add marshmallow creme and stir until melted. Pour into 9x9-inch baking pan. Use a thin metal spatula to make swirls in fudge. Set in freezer for 30 to 60 minutes or until set.
