
This traditional holiday dessert is filled with all of the classical dried fruits and nuts, making it perfect.
Set oven at 350 degrees. Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, mixing thoroughly. Add flour, baking soda and salt, mix well. Blend in pecans and fruit. Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 11 minutes. Cool for 1 minute. Remove from sheet, place on rack, cool.
