
Prepare this festive mousse dessert for your holiday dinner. Just fix up pudding mix using egg nog and sweetened whipped cream.
Empty pudding mix into a large bowl. Add eggnog and blend with an electric mixer. Add cream cheese and nutmeg. Blend thoroughly on high speed. Gently fold in 2 cups of the whipped cream. Spoon mixture into 4 dessert cups, parfait glasses or punch cups. Top each serving with 1/4 cup whipped cream and place a candy cane in each cup. Top with a light sprinkling of additional nutmeg. Chill for 1 hour.
