Easiest Ever Cocoa Fudge

This cocoa fudge is easily prepared in the microwave. This dessert is just too simple to prepare and requires very few ingredients.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 2/3 cups powdered sugar (1 pound)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Method

Microwave powdered sugar, cocoa, milk and butter on high until butter is melted, about 2 to 3 minutes and stir until smooth. Blend in vanilla and nuts if you are using them. Spread into buttered 8-inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares.
