|8||Eggs or 1 16 Oz Container Egg Substitute|
|1× 15 oz||Container Vanilla Coffee Creamer|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Tear croissants into large pieces. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Blend eggs and creamer together for 30 seconds in blender. Pour over croissants and sprinkle craisins on top. Press down on croissants to soak up liquid. Chill for a minimum of 20 minutes. Press croissants down again before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until firm and golden. Let stand for at least 5 minutes before serving.
This recipe is versatile beyond belief. Substitute your favorite flavor of coffee creamer for vanilla. Use dried blueberries with blueberry creamer. Use chocolate chips with hazelnut creamer. You can vary it any way you choose and it will still be delicious and amazingly easy to prepare. For a more elegant presentation, use an upside down drinking glass to make perfectly round pieces. Press down, twist and lift.
