Christmas Candy On The Go

A fast and easy candy recipe--crisp crackers glazed with brown sugar and topped with your favorite nuts and chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg crackers (graham, saltine or your favorite kind)
• 1 cup favorite nuts (chopped)
• 1 cup favorite chocolate chips
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 cup butter or margarine
• Can add more nuts and chips to taste

Method

Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil. Place crackers on cookie sheet. On the stove, melt butter, add brown sugar and boil for 3 minutes. Pour syrup over crackers and place in 350 degrees F oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with toppings of choice and put back in oven for another 5 minutes. Once done, take out of oven and let cool for about at least 15 minutes and then break into pieces.
