
Creamy chocolate fudge with almonds and a creative flower garnish made with almond paste and slivered almonds.
Melt sweetened, condensed milk, 1 tbsp almond paste, honey and chocolate chip cookies in a double boiler over low heat, stirring until combined.
In a 9 x 10 pan, sprinkle remaining almond slices to cover bottom evenly. Pour melted chocolate over almond layer and let cool.
Using a knife dipped in hot water and dried, cut into squares and serve.
Almond Flowers for garnish:
Roll a small ball of almond paste between fingers.
Insert 6 almond slivers to make petals. Place on top of mint leaves.
