Chocolate Logs
A mixture of powdered sugar, butter, peanut butter, walnuts and coconut is formed into logs and coated with a combination of chocolate and crisp rice cereal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate pieces

Method
Mix together in a bowl everything EXCEPT the LAST 2 Ingredients. Butter hands and roll dough into logs (Mixture is sticky.) Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave; stir in cereal. Coat logs with the chocolate cereal mixture and place on wax paper; chill.
Notes: I make these at Christmas, but they are good anytime!
