The perfect Christmas candy, made with cream cheese, chocolate, candied cherries and chopped pecans.
In medium bowl blend cream cheese, sugar and chocolate until smooth and stir in cherries.
Form into 1" rolls, wrap in waxed paper, and chill at least 2 hours.
Cut into 1" pieces and form into balls.
Roll balls into chopped pecans and store in refrigerator.
Place in paper candy cups to serve.
Notes:
The truffles are the easiest candy to make that I know, and keep indefinitely in the refrigerator, so they can be made well in advance of the holidays. Delicious and easy to make. What a combination.
