White chocolate chips are melted in sweetened condensed milk. Hazelnuts, mini-chocolate chips, dried cherries & toasted coconut marshmallows are added.
In a heavy saucepan over low heat melt chips with the condensed milk and salt.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, hazelnuts, semisweet chips, cherries and marshmallows. Spread evenly in a 9-inch square pan lined with wax paper.
Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board and remove wax paper. Cut into squares of 6 rows by 6 rows, for 36 pieces.
