Butterscotch Blondies

Ingredients:

¾ Cup (1 1/2 Sticks) Butter or Margarine, softened
¾ cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
½ Up Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
1⅔ Cups (10-ounce Package Hersheys Butterscotch Chips
1 cup Chopped Nuts, optional

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 Grease 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan

In large bowl beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar untill light and fluffy. Add eggs, beat until well blended. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt gradually add to butter mixture, mixing well. Stir in butterscotch chips and nuts if desired spread into prepared pan

Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and center is set cool completely cut into bars
