
This old-fashioned Southern dessert resembles chess pie. Serve it topped with fresh berries.
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into piecrust. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes:
This recipe has been in our family for years. I usually bake 5 or more at Christmas so everyone can take some home with them...otherwise it's a fight for the last piece! Although I hate buttermilk, I love this pie...a must!
